SHIPPING AND RETURNS
AUSTRALIA WIDE SHIPPING

Australia wide, shipping is free, the price you see on the checkout is all-inclusive and there are no additional costs required.

After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details, as well as an email to the email address you have specified on your account. Confirmation receipt of your order is generally within (24) hours of ordering.
I will attempt to have your artwork sent within five (5) business days, and delivered within fourteen (14) business days. However, this may take longer as I am shipping from a regional area so please allow longer for artworks shipping to some areas. I do not accept PO Box delivery addresses.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Overseas shipping is considered on request and calculated manually. All shipments are fully insured against loss and damage. For all international shipments to selected countries, additional shipping costs will be added and invoiced for payment via direct deposit before shipping occurs. This cost includes shipping insurance and delivery to the door. The receiver will be responsible for the international custom/import fee and taxes which vary with every country. Please check with your country's customs offices and consider the additional costs that might be involved.
RETURNS / FAIR USE POLICY

Returns are not offered for change of mind. If an artwork is damaged on receipt, please take images of the damage and email contactme@kayraj.com.au immediately. It is expected that the artwork is inspected on delivery and reported within 24hours. Returning an artwork means returning it in the condition it was received. Returning an artwork will be at the cost of the customer.

If the artworks are returned directly by you, they must be returned via a trackable and insured shipping carrier, and the tracking information must be provided to Kay Raj.
INSURANCE

Kay Raj insures all artworks in transit. In the rare case, an artwork is damaged in transit, you may be refunded in full. If a damaged artwork is returned directly by you, it must be returned via a trackable and insured shipping carrier, and the tracking information must be provided to Kay Raj. Insurance is valid for the time the artwork is in transit only.
